My name is Johannes Fritsch. I'm a software developer of 40, living in Germany. I've been working in the software industry for over 20 years.
In 2012, I became the CTO of my first company Zoom7. Over the course of 8 years, my agency did over 70 projects for clients of all sizes. From early-stage startups to large corporations. I've seen many different takes on software development leadership.
Later on, I've joined companies as a CTO or in comparable roles, like Head of Engineering or Vice President of Product & Innovation.
I've seen a lot of different companies and cultures. I've seen a lot of different ways to lead a software development team. And I've seen a lot of different ways to fail miserably.
This course is my attempt to share my experiences with you. I want to help you to become a better CTO than I was when I started. I want to help you to avoid the mistakes I've made. And I want to help you to become a badass CTO.
